Dent has finally taken off the "moderate" mask and has become a predictable "no" vote for the historically unpopular House Republicans - a sheepish accessory to the embarassing public temper tantrums that have come to define their "contribution" to governance. That's fine. The Lehigh Valley elected Obama by a 10-point margin, and will be glad to send the popular mayor to contribute meaningfully to the policy debate. We would prefer a rep who actually seems interested in the business of governing, rather than politicking. Best news yet.
