Critz says he’s raised $100K

Critz says he’s raised $100K

Democrat Mark Critz said Thursday that his campaign to replace the late John Murtha in the 12th Congressional District has already raised more than $100,000 in campaign cash.

If confirmed when campaign finance reports are published later this year, the early fundraising haul would amount to an impressive start for the man hoping to follow his old boss. Critz worked for Murtha for over a decade, most recently as his district director. He got into the race only last Monday. It could also signal that big Democratic money from outside the district is already lining up behind him.

“I’m humbled by the way people are coming out to support my campaign,” Critz said in a statement. “What makes it even more exciting is seeing that the support is widespread with donations coming in from all over the district.”

Critz, who also launched his campaign Web site Thursday, appears to be the odds-on-favorite to win the party’s nod as its special election candidate. His main opponent, Barbara Hafer, has been looking to discredit both Critz and the candidate selection process.

Tell him to pay it in judgments and tax liens that he helped create thru his neglect as a corporate officer at Parkins, Inc.

FBI should look and see what money, if any has moved from the Murtha for Congress Committee too.

If you read the papers or the online news there are articles about the money Murtha for Congress had and where it is allowed to be spent. They can’t turn over 400,000 dollars to Mr. Critz. It was already reported. There is also a story already reported that Mr. Critz didn’t own that company and left before it failed. Maybe people shouldn’t jump to conclusions every time.
